Safety & Use
Use the rope on a flat, clear surface free from obstacles. Participants should wear enclosed footwear and ensure the rope is in good condition before use. A responsible adult should supervise the activity at all times. Teams should be evenly matched in size and strength where possible. Do not wrap the rope around your hands, wrists, neck, or body. Pull steadily and avoid sudden jerking, tackling, or intentionally releasing the rope while under tension. If anyone falls or the rope becomes damaged, stop play immediately. All participants take part at their own risk and must follow any instructions provided by supervisors or event organisers.
